Technical Program Manager, Agent Development

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Program Manager at Alana, you’ll help orchestrate how we design, build, and deliver AI agents that power millions of real-world conversations. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and customers to ensure agent development runs smoothly, strategically, and at high velocity.

💾   Drive Agent Execution – Own the coordination of complex, high-impact agent initiatives, ensuring we deliver reliably, efficiently, and with polish.

💾  Connect the Dots – Navigate seamlessly across technical and non-technical teams, aligning customer needs, internal timelines, and roadmap goals.

💾   Build Clear Plans – Shape project plans, define milestones, track outcomes, and identify potential risks before they become blockers.

💾   Communicate with Precision – Serve as the connective tissue across stakeholders, keeping everyone in sync with crisp updates and clear expectations.

💾   Bring Strategic Insight – Use data and structured thinking to guide decision-making, flag opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

💾   Keep Everyone Aligned – Share regular insights and progress updates with both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring no one’s in the dark.

What you bring
💾   Deep experience managing technical projects end-to-end, planning, coordinating, and delivering on ambitious timelines
💾   Strong written and verbal communication skills, you translate complexity into clarity
💾   A proactive, high-agency mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and always pushing for better
💾   Technical fluency, you understand how software is built and can partner closely with engineers and PMs
💾   A track record of keeping multiple high-priority initiatives on track without breaking a sweat
💾   Past roles that involved working closely with customers or go-to-market teams
💾   Familiarity with tools like Monday.com , Zendesk, Aircall or Twilio
💾   Experience supporting AI or ML-powered products
💾   A background working directly with enterprise customers or internal GTM teams
💾   A systems mindset, you naturally look for ways to improve how teams work, communicate, and scale.
