What You’ll Be Doing

We see AI agent development as a major leap forward in how software is built and used. You’ll be at the forefront, designing the tools and infrastructure to power this evolution.
Build for scale and resilience
As our client base grows rapidly, your work will help ensure our systems can meet demand without compromising quality. This includes improving infrastructure, streamlining engineering practices, and building tools that support rapid development.
Protect the foundation of reliability
We serve businesses that rely on our platform to interact with their own customers. Maintaining performance, uptime, and security is essential to earning and keeping their trust.
What You Should Bring
💾 A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for building AI products that push boundaries
💾 A strong sense of responsibility for writing secure, scalable, and maintainable software
💾 Initiative and self-direction. Our team members operate with a high degree of independence and are focused on making meaningful impact
💾 Alignment with our values, particularly a balance of technical excellence, customer care, and a competitive spirit
💾 4 or more years of experience working on production-grade systems or applications
💾 A degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
Extra Credit
💾 Experience building applications that incorporate AI models or workflows
💾 Familiarity with data engineering or experience in MLOps or LLMOps environments
💾 Comfort working across the full stack from backend to user interface
💾 Proficiency with Go, React, or TypeScript
💾 Leading projects or mentoring engineers on a technical team.
